Gallup Test – this colloquial name refers to the CliftonStrengths® assessment

It is a study that has been developed and refined over more than 50 years, created by the pioneer of positive psychology, Don Clifton.

Its results reveal the natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving of a given individual, referred to as talents. By being aware of and recognizing the impact of our talents on our daily lives, both professional and personal, we can direct them in ways that serve us rather than hinder us. The conscious use of our talents, along with targeted investment in them, allows us to transform them into strengths – our unique abilities.

HOGAN Questionnaires

HOGAN Questionnaires can be understood as a type of reputation audit – they help us see how we are perceived by others in a professional environment. They consist of three separate tests, which are often combined into one comprehensive report:

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) measures the “bright side” of personality – the characteristic traits that define how a person interacts with others in everyday situations under optimal circumstances.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures the “dark side” of personality – behaviors that may emerge in situations of increased stress or heavy workload, when a person loses control and stops managing their image effectively.

Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory (MVPI) uncovers an individual’s core goals, values, and motivational factors. By assessing values, it becomes possible to understand the type of role and work environment that will be most motivating for a person.

For individuals considering their educational or career paths, there are special report variants available:

HPI Career – includes developmental tips for career management.

MVPI Compass – highlights the professional aspects of your core values.
